What truly made our stay unforgettable was the exceptional service. The staff waited on us hand and foot, going above and beyond to make sure we were completely taken care of. A special thank you to Sabina, who arranged all of our meals for our group of eight with seamless attention to detail. "Very good hotel, really enjoyed our stay here. Booking in was professional and efficient. Pool area and gardens were lovely to sit out in. Room was high standard, we had a small issue with the electricity going off, but the staff sorted this. My only gripe is that although I appreciate two free bottles of water a day, for a hotel doing that to every room is so much wastage. Install a filtered water machine in the corridor, everyone has a bottle these days. So much wastage and would make the hotel more eco friendly. "

"The complex is huge, nice surroundings, pool, close to the beach. It was quiet. We were given upgrade with sea view, very well equipped kitchenette. Receptionist didn't speak English, only very basic, nothing was explain to us (breakfast, WiFi) just took us to the room. Bed and mattress were old and not comfy. Rooms would need some TLC. "

"I liked the cleanness of the facilities, the good customer service of the staff and the great location. The dinning options were limited just with two restaurants which I think with the price that one pay for that Resort, I was expecting better dinning options. "
