"we did late-check-in. but the way that pass the key was really irresponsible and NOT safe, I think. I didnt realize her contact & 24hour contact didn't work, so we took long time to check-in (Guimaraes might be a safe place, but...😥😫) Also "the reception opens at 10am" is too late. the price is really reasonable if guests don't do late-check-in. "The 2 different Receptionist were very amiable. The Cleaner, was also helpful in getting my TV to work. The Shower not so good, as the water did not go down until I’d finished & was out of the cubicle. I therefore had to shower in a tray full of soapy, used, water. Which isn’t very nice. I did report this. But obviously this was as I was leaving ( I was only there the 1night.) "

"This property is absolutely brilliant, great to have access to a fully equipped kitchen! Lurdes is a great manager, the whole place is immaculate. What I would highlight to potential guests is that currently there isn't a Metro station within the local vicinity, you have a 20 min walk to Casa Musica. "The location is very close to the light train station, just 10 minutes walk. All tourist attractions and restaurants are of walking distance, very convenient indeed. The host was very friendly and helpful, and the apartment is spacious, clean, and tidy. There is a coffee shop nearby (sorry, I have forgotten the name) which offers great coffee and nata."
