"You will have to drag your luggage to the front entrance of the hotel. Only taxis are allowed to go to the door and if costs more. Uber is not allowed there. I had asked for a replenishment of face towels but none came for 4 days! My tv did not work and it was clear that they replaced the whole thing because the furniture was moved around when I got back. "Very nice hotel. Large room even by American standards. View was amazing. Service was exceptional. We didn’t try the breakfast. Just fyi, the hotel sits on the river, so the bottom of the large hill the rest of the city is on. So walking will take a while uphill and because it’s a one lane road you have to be quick with Ubers and taxis. But getting a taxi was very easy they pass by often. You really can’t beat the view here it was phenomenal. "

"Amazing hotel and incredibly well decorated comfortable rooms. The ONLY downside is that the entire area around the hotel is under construction for a new subway line. Otherwise, the hotel is a 10/10!"
