We also really enjoyed and appreciated the breakfasts! The staff was friendly and accomodating. We arrived after dark tired from a long day of traveling and were greeted warmly. "Yes, the room had a great view of the ocean and downtown Puerto Montt. This property has seen better days. The room seems a bit worn and although comfortable, very basic with no added amenities. I had continuous hot water, a smoking terrace so you didn't have to go out the front (very important since Puerto Montt- especially at night- can be dangerous) and a buffet style breakfast. "
