"1. Leider waren mehrere Schränke von Innen mit Schimmel befallen, sodass ein Ausräumen der Koffer eher gesundheitsgefährdend gewesen wäre. 2. Auch die Bäder waren vom Schimmel befallen - ein Chlorreiniger könnte da Abhilfe schaffen. Luxus/Sauberkeit nicht gegeben. 3. Am Pool lagen bei Ankunft noch Essenreste und vergammeltes Obst von den Vormietern(?) herum - auch das haben wir dann entfernt - weil ekelhaft. 4. Überall stand: Bitte die Polsterauflagen immer zurück in die dafür vorgesehen Box...

Local neighbours friendly, close to all amenities and attractions. Would recommend the opera concert at Bardolino and a boat tour from Sirmione. Great memories created."

The property manager site was awesome- answered all my questions immediately and emailed me over a week before the stay with a PDF of property info and area attractions. The house was clean and comfortable and had all the comforts of home- smart Tv, fully stocked kitchen, AC in the bedrooms, clothes washer, parking and WiFi. Killer views too!"

"Alles war nahezu perfekt. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Die Organisation und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief ebenfalls reibungslos. Wir waren bestimmt nicht das Letzte mal dort. Vielen Dank für sen schönen Urlaub. Also, das würde ich im Haus noch ändern: 1. Eine Stehlampe im Wohnbereich für indirekt schönes Licht. 2. The villa itself has everything that you would need for a family including a dishwasher and washing machine. The bedrooms were a great size with plenty of storage and the two bathrooms were immaculate with superb showers in each. "A lovely hotel in a side street in the center of Vicenza, surprisingly quiet and very well located. One of the most popular hotels in town and deservedly so, with a super friendly and very good staff. Our room was clean and very comfortable. Highly recommended."

"Although the apartment is not a part of the actual hotel and spa they accommodate you as if you’re staying there. I went to the main hotel building and they drove my bags over to the other building which was so nice. The apartment is located right next to the castle which was so fun to wake up, walk outside and see first thing in the morning by the river. "

"Great hotel in a nice location. Most of the staff were excellent, especially Andrea, the barman. Great customer service skills. One lady at lobby was less friendly when I was checking in on Sunday, but overall the experience was very positive. The breakfast had great options. I’ll definitely come back when visiting Lake Garda again. "
