The small complex has a well appointed Garden area to relax in.
The apartment has a modern well equipped kitchen with microwave,fridge and washing machine. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed.
The living room area has a sofa and a dinning table that sits 4.
The balcony overlooks a beautiful wooded hillside and runs the entire length of the apartment.
Table and chairs for 4 are provided so you can invite friends . on the balcony.There is wide sun canopy to protect from the morning sun. Relaxing views of woods and hills.
The bathroom is newly renovated with a shower and bidet.

Schönes Apartment

Schönes Apartment mit Balkon und Morgen/ Mittagsonne. Badezimmer könnte etwas repariert werden (Tür kann nicht geschlossen werden). Pool und Liegewiese traumhaft mit Blick auf den Gardasee. Allerdings verläuft eine Hauptstraße rund um das Gebäude, es ist also etwas lauter. Aber rundherum hatten wir einen wunderschönen Urlaub.

My three Kids and me had a vonderfull 4 days stay. Very Nice view from the pool over lake Garda. Easy to get around. Easy instructions from the owner on How to get Key and get in. Answers very quickley. Would recommend to friends.

Bel appartamentino con vista sulla collina da dove alla sera , seduti in balcone, si può godere dell'aria fresca ! In 10 minuti si arriva al lago e nelle vicinanze ci sono negozi e supermercati . Bella piscina grande con spazi per stendersi al sole.

We ha da beautiful week at Costermano. The Apartment is adequate for a small Family like ours and provides everything you need. The owner was in contact with us prior our arriving and answered all our questions very kind! I just can recommend the property! Close quiet and restful residence any conveniences Very pleasant swimming pool with magnificent view(sight) on the lake. The apartment is clean(appropriate) and equipped well. We had a very good stay with our two children.
