This hotel is superb. The staff at reception were extremely helpful and friendly. We were able to check in earlier and we were allowed an extra couple of hours to check out. The buffet breakfast was excellent. Appreciated the free shuttle bus from/to the ferry port.

Friendly staff and amazing rooms. Pool guy was super friendly. Brought me out a glass of water and a bowl of mixed nuts. Then would continue to come and check in. He even gave me recommendations about local places and let me know when the Persians drone show was about to start.

This is a REAL five star hotel. The staff is INCREDIBLE! If you want to experience true excellent service, stay here. From the lady who checked me in, to Donilo who took my bags, to the bellmen and Bill who helped me out later, to the excellent staff at North Palace, everyone here is amazing! The rooms are SPACIOUS so you get a lot of room plus they’re immaculately maintained and top of the line luxurious. The hotel is also perfectly located near everything. Thank you to the front desk girl for the Eiffel Tower tickets! 10/10!
