"Great hotel. Nice facilities, particularly the pool and gym. Very comfortable bed. Convenient to get the Teleferico to the old town. Staff exceptional and friendly. Ernesto at front desk was particularly warm and helpful, and made us feel very welcome. "

"Very humble, respectful, serviceful and helpful staff. One of the best breakfast I have ever had. Their bread is delicious and the juices exceptional. I would definitely stay at this place again!!"

"Ótima! Do momento que cheio até o momento da saída. Café da manhã muito bom, atendimento excepcional, limpeza excelente, ótima localização. Hotel não tem serviço de quarto ou restaurante mas, a recepção de ajuda a pedir o Ifood da cidade.
Eles te ajudam com comida, táxi, sugestões...o que vc precisar. Próximo ao teleférico para ter uma vista maravilhosa da cidade!

"The hotel was very nice and clean. The rooms were comfortable. The shower had good pressure and hot water. The staff are bilingual and helpful. The a/c worked great! The key card only allows you access to your floor, main lobby, and the pool - which was in their spa area. They also have a sauna and a steam room. Breakfast was included and was traditional and yummy. "

"I have stayed at this property maybe three times. I intended to stay 21 days but unfortunately after one week I became sick and had to fly back home. The hotel staff was very attentive. Upon my return, I was issued a prompt refund. I would stay there again."
