"While the hotel was absolutely lovely and the staff very friendly, we were very disappointed. We booked the hotel as we wanted to play golf and given it was a golf hotel, we thought it would be perfect. Unfortunately on arrival we were informed that the golf course would be closed for our entire five night stay. I think we should have been informed in advance and we could have booked an alternative hotel near the area with other golf courses."

Grand Hôtel Spa & Thalasso à Saint-Jean-de-Luz

10/10 Excellent

"A total gem. A modernized, old school luxury beach spa resort in a lovely town. Had a great rate for a nice room in October. No complaints."
