La localisation est parfaite, prés des plages et proche de la place animée de Biscarrosse plage... mais la nuit, c'est très très bruyant. Dans l'annonce, il était mentionné qu'une place de parking était alloué à l'appartement et à notre arrivée pas de place... douche froide car c'est très compliqué de se garer à Biscarrosse Plage... Un jour, nous avons été réveillé à 9h pour une intervention d'EDF... l'agence avait oublié de nous...

"Very nice villa - Christelle was very accommodating. Short walk to beach, small supermarket and nice restaurant. Villa was very well equipped and spotless. We all loved the pool as well as beaches and lake nearby. Little to do in wet weather however."

"The house was perfect for our large ground (12 adults and 2 teens). It was equipped with everything we needed. The house was clean, well decorated, and the property manager was responsive and helpful. The location and the view overlooking Parlementia is amazing. Perfect for watching the sunset and the surfers. We would love to stay here again!"

"The property description says less than a kilometer to the beach and only 200 meters to shops. This is completely inaccurate, it takes exactly 25 minutes (a bit less than 2Km) on foot to the nearest Biarritz beach (Grand Plage) and center of Biarritz. The apartment is not located in the center as described. Even more, the location of the house on the map that is associated with the listing is wrong. When booking we oriented ourselves at the location on this map, from which it actually is less...

"La force de ce logement est sa localisation, au calme, mais à deux pas de la plage et des commerces, à quelques minutes en voiture de fôrets et de lacs pour ceux qui n'aiment pas le sable et l'eau salée. Le nécessaire est présent et nous y avons passé une belle semaine. Je recommande pour un couple (avec deux enfants). Merci à Nicolas pour les réponses rapides à chaque fois que je l'ai sollicité !"

"Lovely little house. Superb location and excellent hosts. They sorted a problem when the washing machine broke speedily and were fantastic at communicating from the time of booking and throughout the trip. Saint Jean de luz centre is an easy walk and lovely. There is also loads to do in the area. We went with a family of elder teens and they loved it. Would highly recommend."

"Excellent place, top location, less than 5 minutes walk from the beach. Top-notch facilities with the indoor & outdoor swimming pool, sauna, hammam and gym. Modern appartement with everything you need to prepare your meals when you don't want to eat out."

"Upon arrival - greeted with extremely friendly staff, and this continued throughout the stay. We came to surf, and found that this hotel was situated perfectly between both main beaches. We stayed in room 702 and had a beautiful view of the ocean. Loads to do in the area, for both the dry and odd wet day that we experienced! Definitely looking forward to coming back to Biarritz, but more importantly to Le Grand Large 🏄‍♂️🏄‍♀️"

"Property is very convenient, clean, quiet and comfortable. The only problem was determining whether we had prepaid breakfast included in our booking. We were initially told we had breakfast but at checkout was told we did not and had to pay for breakfasts. If known in advance, we would have opted out and had coffee and pastries nearby for 1/3 the cost"
