"Upon arrival - greeted with extremely friendly staff, and this continued throughout the stay. We came to surf, and found that this hotel was situated perfectly between both main beaches. We stayed in room 702 and had a beautiful view of the ocean. Loads to do in the area, for both the dry and odd wet day that we experienced! Definitely looking forward to coming back to Biarritz, but more importantly to Le Grand Large 🏄‍♂️🏄‍♀️"

We were initially told we had breakfast but at checkout was told we did not and had to pay for breakfasts. "The property is a nice 3 star but clearly not a 4 star as posted on the building. We enjoyed the fact that it was an apartment, although a little outdated. However, no A/C. Its downtown location is perfect to walk to the beach, market and shopping areas."

"We came to stay with friends who were not staying that far away. The instructions for when we arrive were given to us via email and a quick phone call to explain. E were disappointed with the fact that the code wasn’t sent to us when it was changed. We tried calling the numbers provided to ask what the code were but was told we had to wait until 2pm. I wanted to get in to the apartment because I needed my car keys. Why we didn’t receive an email."
