"Front staff was overall very helpful. Location is a little away from downtown but an easy and pleasant walk to it. Room cleaning and supplies refill was haphazard at best - it did improve after a couple of trips to the front desk and some gentle “coaching” in the room (aka put the bathroom garbage in front of the regular garbage so that it also gets emptied). Beware of taking a cab to the train station - it isn’t far and an easy walk, but there was rain in the forecast so we decided to take a cab. Asked the hotel to book one for us - when asked about the cost, the answer was evasive. We understood why when the cab driver asked us for 20 euros for a one-kilometer long ride - hotel flat rate, we were told…"
