"We have stayed here a few times now and always a good experience! The shower in our room didn’t drain properly but I didn’t have a chance to let the front desk know so they could address and only mentioned upon check out so couldn’t say how quickly and effectively they’d have actioned. Will definitely return as overall a great place, good $ and perfect location for a West Island stay :)"

"Friendly staff, efficient service. However, the cleanliness was not up to my standards. Surface level was ok : linens were clean, sink wped down. But other surfaces in the bathroom were dirty (walls, door), and grime was accumulated by the base boards. Granted, the declining state of the hardware doesn't help to project a clean image. I fully understand this is not a five-star luxury hotel. I get that the linens or furniture might not be top quality... but a good wipedown of the bathroom with bleach goes a long way towards a much better image for your property!"
