The best about Les Rampart, however, is the staff, who are knowledgeable about Beaune, providing tips about bistros, restaurants, tours, etc, and go out of the way to make your stay comfortable."

The staff were exceptional - the concierge scored us a private cellar visit and wine tasting as well as dinner reservations at short notice - and the restaurant (1 Michelin star) is delightful.
