This charming first floor apartment is located in the villa of the landlords. From the terrace you have a beautiful view of the peaceful mountains around the town of Coti Chiavari. To the rear you have an exceptional view of the sea and the bay of Ajaccio. Strategically located to benefit from the Mare a Mare hiking trail that starts from the beautiful beach of Cupabia. You will stay only 6 km from the paradisiacal beach Plage d'Argent, which extends to the very south of the bay of Ajaccio. It is also only a few minutes by car to Porticcio. This small seaside resort attracts with great restaurants and tourist offers, such as boat trips to Bonifaccio or to the beautiful rocky bays of Piana. Bedroom 2 is accessible from bedroom 1, but can also be reached from the outside through a French door. Can be booked together with FKO215.

Location agréable et au calme
Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine à Coti Chiavari et gardons un excellent souvenirs des discussions avec le propriétaire. La location est conforme à l'annonce, on ne se lasse pas de la vue sur le golfe d'Ajaccio. Elle est idéalement située au calme, loin de la foule bien qu'à moins de 20 minutes de la plage Mare e sole surnommée plage d'argent. Nous recommandons. Jean - François , Corinne, Aurélien et Florent
