"Quarto de casal estremamente pequeno. O lobby está em reforma, não nos avisaram, tudo coberto e sujo. Academia excelente. Cozinha muito basica, sem condições de preparar uma refeição. Não tem torradeira, liquidificador, travessas para servir, pano para enxugar louça. As fechaduras das portas super perigosas, eu e meu marido raspamos o braço a ponto de sair sangue ( quarto e banheiro super apertados)"

There wasn't a single water glass in the room, the minibar was empty, the wall outlet in the bathroom was rickety, the shower had very little water pressure, and there was only one sheet on the bed—no blankets. All the facilities in the room were very old and lacked maintenance. The key card stopped working after just one day, and the air conditioner made a lot of noise every twenty minutes, disturbing my rest. This was truly a terrible...
