Cheap hotel compared to other. Staff is very friendly and very helpful taking luggages in the room. The room is small, the TV image quality is not so good, and the Wifi is weak but afterall it was a good experience staying there, very close to the beach. Great job to the staff!

Good place to stay for a few days

The staff did a great job in helping with whatever I needed and went out of its way to make me happy. The location is close to the beach and you can take a motorcycle taxi to anywhere you want to go. It is clean, the WiFi works even so there are multiple passwords depending of where you are. Rooms have hot water and air con.

The hotel is nice and so is the staff. It is at a great location near the beach. The food at the restaurant is delicious and the rooms were clean and comfortable. However they should work a little better with operations management at the front desk when it comes to online booking to avoid any confusions with guests checking in and out. Besides from that, the staff and manager on duty did their best to rectify the situation and I appreciate the efforts that was made.

Rooms are very small and as dirty as the whole premises. Staff welcomed us with such a rude attitude as if we were disturbing them by coming to their hotel.

J'ai pris la chambre VIP dotée d'un balcon et d'un petit frigo. La chambre était propre et bien aménagée avec un support à vêtements pratique. Situation pratique pour faire des courses et des belles promenades dans la ville et sur la plage. Le personnel est très sympathique et efficace. Malheureusement, le Wifi a longtemps fait défaut pendant mon séjour ce qui a nuit à mes engagements professionnels. La navette gratuite vers l'aéroport est très appréciée. Je recommande sans hésiter :)

The service at this location makes up for the drawbacks. Evening dinner on the rooftop terrace was a pleasant and unique experience. The location was walkable to a nearby night club/hookah lounge, but otherwise there was not much to do in this area. We decided to "stay local" so we knew the potential for some disappointments and we were okay with that. We chose a pricier family room with air conditioning, mosquito net, and large private bath. Unfortunately, the floor and mini fridge were not clean upon check in. Rather than make a fuss on a prepaid room, we drove to the Erevan supermarket and purchased cleaning supplies and cleaned to our satisfaction. Aside from that initial disappointment we enjoyed our stay. We appreciated how the staff worked hard to accommodate our needs.
