"Really liked the easy off-street parking and, for me, the first floor room. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The location was a quiet street away from the center of town, and an easy walk to the center. Breakfast was lovely."

The breakfast, not elegant, but quite generous and more than enough to fuel me for the day. Being right across the street from the train station is a real advantage. "We expected LaChatard to be nice but a fairly basic stopover for our visit to the area however the service, facilities, and restaurant were all fantastic. The restaurant serves a local menu and wine, and the food was beautiful. Service was very friendly and accommodating. The team evidently took pride in their work. Facilities were comprehensive too with a well stocked gym, indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, and sunbathing area. A great place to stay."
