The staff is very friendly and the breakfast is absolutely excellent! The decor is dated from the nineties but kept clean. The AC however was defective throughout the building and the fact that the windows don’t fully open made it unpleasantly hot. This appears to be a longer issue that could have been disclosed.

Great

We had a very nice time at this hotel. It was in a very walkable area and the breakfast was the best I have ever had as park of a hotel experience. The air conditioner was only slightly effective, but that may because it was unseasonably warm during our stay.

An average stay

Quiet basic and unfortunately non-modern hotel. The main good thing about it is its location in the center and close to Christmas market and main attractions of the city. Parking is paid - €7.5 per 24 hours with an option to go out and come back.

Sehr zentral gelegen, Parkmöglichkeit in der Tiefgarage, ich habe wunderbar geschlafen, besonders zu erwähnen sind das tolle Frühstück und das freundliche Personal. Die Möbel in den Zimmern sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und in der Regel buche ich keine Zimmer mit Teppich. Das erstklassige Frühstück und die bequeme Matratze konnten das aber ausgleichen, deshalb klare Empfehlung.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut,auch das Personal war immer freundlich . Warum die Mitarbeiter ständig eine Maske tragen mussten und sogar vom Direktor ermahnt wurden ist mir ein Rätsel. Überall darf der Mitarbeiter draußen und beim einkaufen ohne Maske rum laufen aber im Hotel bei der Arbeit ist hohe Ansteckungsgefahr? Verstehe ich nicht oder ist das Hotel so unrein das man krank wird? außer das es extrem lästig . Die Junior suite ist in die jahre gekommen da hätten wir mehr erwartet,kein Safe,Tapete löst sich, Anstrich naja. In der Sportbar kann man gut verweilen.
