The location was absolutely perfect- just 15 minutes to both Stanthorpe and Girraween National Park, and only 5–7 minutes from our favourite vineyards like Savina Lane, Tobin’s, and Ballandean.The accommodation itself was cosy and welcoming the ideal spot to switch off and unwind. We didn’t even use the internet, preferring to enjoy being off-grid and truly reconnecting with each other and nature.We’ll definitely be back again next year. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful base to explore the best of the Granite Belt region."

"On arrival Leone welcomed me , informed me of all the facility’s that I was free to use . My room was very very clean and bed was very comfortable indeed . A very nice lounge with a log fire , dining area and a lovely breakfast cooked by Leone , you will love it here just like your own home and excellent hospitality , free parking also included . "We have been to Stanthorpe yearly for the past 5 or 6 years at this time of year. We live on the Sunshine Coast and love that cool change in the weather in Stanthorpe. Starting a log fire and spending time with your partner...Wineries...Food...and the National Parks. We have stayed at numerous different places, but 31 The Rocks is the place to stay.... easily. Close to town, ($12 cab fare), so you can go out for dinner, and return to your Villa easily, and cost effectively. Nicci who owns and runs the property is professional, caring and knows all about the area. I cant thank her enough for a wonderful stay. You will love the well appointed villas.
