Located right across from Maynard's new vineyard, Merkin, this home is the perfect tranquil get away while still being right in the middle of Historic Old Town Cottonwood. You will enjoy convenient access to the best eateries, wineries, and shops the Verde Valley has to offer while being able to swim in the semi private pool, BBQ, and cozy up to watch a movie or have a game night! We pride ourselves on providing our guests a fully stocked kitchen, bathroom amenities, and many other conveniences to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The best part? We want your stay to feel like a vacation, not a chore so we will handle all the check out clean up!
