"This was one of our most favorite stays in France! Virginie was a delight and met us to let us in and at check out. Their winery is just behind this beautiful remodeled home with a tasting room downstairs. She gave us a lovely bottle of their champagne and a tasty local treat. "The location is wonderful if you want to walk to some great cafes/restaurants. The Hôtel staff were friendly & efficient. The modern lift was very helpful with heavy luggage, the room was large & very quiet . we had a good nights sleep on a king bed. bed. The bathroom was clean with were plenty of towels. Parking is very nearby in the city parking 15%€ for 24 hours. We will definitely stay there again when we’re in Reims."

"Only stayed one night and chose it because of it's proximity to the motorway as we were driving home to the UK. However, the room was a very pleasant surprise. Nice size, well furnished, very clean with a really comfortable bed. The hotel generally was also very quiet so got a great night's sleep. Would use this again. The only downside was there was no food and the bar was pretty expensive."

"Super clean hotel. . Staff were helpful. . But the logistics of the dining room bar and elevators is a tight space.. . It got even tighter once a bus tour came for the night.! ! Two small elevators and for everybody’s luggage. . It was super tight.. . If the hotel is dealing with bus tours, they need to increase their staff and not to ignore the regular non tour people. They were overwhelmed when we were trying to pay our bill and leave.! ! The facility has great potential! ! Needs to iron their kinks"

"OK for a night stop. BLUF - this Campanille is let down by its location - a battered industrial estate, with a bad "vibe". Night time is dominated by the screech of car tyres with kids in hot hatches doing donuts. But..... Staff are great, and I sent a message through the Hotels.com portal asking for an easy access room as my partner was in a leg cast, and was given one on the ground floor about 10m from reception. Parking: a mixture on and off street but none is secure. Rooms are small but adequate for this price point. Breakfast was OK, and buffet style. There is a restaurant for dinner, but we did not use it. Lots of guests had dogs, so assume they are welcomed."
