"We had a great one-night stay at the property, which is perfectly located right next to Westminster Bridge and a 5 minute walk from Waterloo Station. Staff were very courteous and helpful, including allowing us an early check-in so we could get a nap after a long flight, and bag storage on check-out so that we could see a few more sights while we were still in the city. Illy Cafe in the lobby made a great flat white. Didn't get a chance to use the pool but tried looking into the booking system. It would be my only slight mark-down as I couldn't gain access via the link in the QR code, but didn't affect our stay and may have been user error(ie. me). Thank you to Tiffany at the front desk and the staff at the concierge desk for helping with luggage storage."
