"Would absolutely recommend. The Evergreen Lodge is off the beaten path, and that one thing that makes it so great. The atmosphere is breathtaking, located adjacent to Yosemite National Park and the grounds and facilities are very well maintained by caring and attentive staff. Being away from civilization, all you hear at night (other than the occasional guests) are quiet and wildlife stirring. Each room has a spacious bathroom and a nice deck - ours overlooked the forest. Bring groceries to store in the in-room refrigerator and warm anything needing it at the lodge kitchen, as there are no microwaves in the rooms. Prices at the store are a little high, which is understandable due to the obvious distance to get items out there. The pool and hot tub are salt water and beautiful, and the kids loved the game room. Overall, an A+ experience. Would definitely go back when visiting Yosemite!"
