The cottage was ideal for our particular needs - a rather last minute booking - and very clean and well equipped throughout. "Property looked as if renervation has started but nowhere near finished. Door on upper floor bedroom couldn't be closed as the catch was missing just a space where it used to be. Door on upper floor bathroom wouldn't close - too tight a fit so couldn't be locked - no privacy. Difficulty shutting and locking rear french windows didn't feel very secure. TV remote didn't work. Tried changing the batteries but no success. When we reported were told others had made same comments but it still wasn't...
