The hotel was nice, the room was clean where you felt as if you were home, the staff was beyond friendly and understanding especially with my flights being delayed and canceled prior to our arrival. "The room was outdated, took awhile for the toilet to flush, the room had a stale smell a the covers on the bed also, the television took awhile to clear. After all that we were just ready to go glad it was only 2 days. Not like any other Holiday Inn IHG we have stayed in and we are reward members so that sucked. Will say the shower was hot. "

"The suite was very clean and it was a very good size. However, my daughter and I had just left a cruise ship that morning. I did know that check-in would not be until three however I thought all hotels would hold your luggage until you were able to check in. They would not hold our luggage and told my sister-in-law that they had no room for our luggage so we had to basically go around town with our luggage until we found a luggage facility in a mall to hold it while we wasted time until the room was ready. I wasn’t pleased about that. "
