"This hotel doesn’t have enough parking for its customers. After driving 12 hours to get there, I Was told to come back to check in at a later time or next day if we wanted to get parking. Had to be back daily around 8:30-9ish in fear of not being able to find parking. I Was also not able to cancel or change anything about our stay without loosing all of our money and staff was not helpful and unwilling to help. Over all not happy with our stay (3days). Room was also very small and Was also told...

"At check in there was an issue with finding my reservation and after waiting 20 minutes the supervisor assisted me and upgraded me to a Presidential Suite, which was amazing. Appreciated that as I had my family of 6. Overall, the staff was friendly, the bar/restaurant was a vibe, the hotel was beautiful and the pool was clean. I would definitely come again and refer this hotel to my family and friends."
