If available, I highly recommend upgrading to the garage option for parking, especially during Cubs home games. This worked out perfectly for us. There was debris in the doorway which I might expect in a lower level apartment, but it was throughout the kitchen and sitting area, I swept up 2 nails and a good size pile of debris.
