"We stayed in 6 different VRBO rentals all over Ireland this past month. Of them all, this was the best of all. It was very clean, had an attentive host (managing the lovely restaraunt in front), it was quiet and secluded, the grounds were beautiful...and best of all, the Multifarnham area was astounding. I took a short walk and found the Abbey in town that included a botanical garden with cafe (and tea houses scattered around the grounds), and an amazing park and walking paths around the Abbey....

"A great base to take trips out from. The house was perfect for our family. We cook a lot and there was everything we needed to prepare home cooked food for our family. We all settled in very easily with very clear instructions from the owner. The town is very quaint with lots of walks locally and a bit further afield. We adventured to fossil filled beaches, mountain walkways, limestone caves, Neolithic tombs, fairy filled forests and Supervalu supermarket. We had a wonderful time and may well...

"Patrick is a fantastic host. he was so accommodating. He even facilitated our early check-in as well. Clear instructions were provided to the home, use of utilities, the management of the bins and everything else. The house was in a mint condition. Netflix, Toys, cable TV were all available for kids' entertainment as well. Wifi with good quality available. The house is much better in reality compared to the images on the website. "The hosts are amazing!! The house was wonderful and the property was everything as described. Lovely time on the lake kayaking. We were very well taken care of and Nicola and David were the loveliest hosts we’ve ever had. Highly recommend renting this lovely home if you just want to relax and enjoy the Irish countryside. "The gate house we were put in is nothing like the main house rooms which are advertised. It was freezing cold, run down, beds worn out, mold in showers, 1 shower leaked all over the floor, no included breakfast, narrow spiral staircase to upstairs bedrooms. Definitely not a 4 star property. Very disappointed. "

The animals are so well cared for and you can interact with them if you choose. We got up close tor the cows, lambs, horse and llamas— along with a few friendly barn cats.
