"We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean and comfortable and Liz was exceptionally friendly and helpful. It was in a good location with shops, restaurants and pubs nearby, and around a 25 minute walk into the centre, although buses are very easily accessible. We would recommend Acara House to others and would definitely stay here again :) "

"Staff is great, rooms are small but quiet and comfortable. My room was en-suite, tiny, no room even for a soap dish in the shower. Works as a place to rest your head at night. Wi-Fi could be better, if everyone is on it don't expect much performance. "

"What a charming bed and breakfast! First the friendly staff makes you feel very welcomed to start. Then the clean comfortable spacious room and the lovely bed makes you feel home. And they immediately refresh you with some tea and cake soon after your arrival. The breakfast was lovely, and the swing on the front, the trail behind the house... All wonderful! I also ordered the picnic for the hike, and it had enough to feed four for just the two of us. I would definitely recommend."
