"The staff was awesome and super kind. Our room was extremely tiny though, for the price of what the room was per night, I wish we booked another hotel in the area. My husband and I felt like we were in a closet. The amenities and food were really nice though."

"the staff was friendly and helpful. i did not understand the heating element (you have to set it to 35 degrees celsius to get it going!), so someoe came up to the room to explain it to me. the restaurant was overpriced, but the deli counter in the lobby was more reasonable. i think that charging 2 pounds to use the luggage scale is a cheap move on the hotel's part -- a nice hotel should provide this service free of charge. the shuttle bus was excellent. it ran every 25-30 minutes. it took less than 10 minutes to reach the airport."
