"Staff were very helpful at check in and check out. The rooms are not designed well for keeping the temperature down on warm days–you can’t have the window open and shades down at the same time, it’s one or the other. A fan was not available for us during our stay. Accommodation was good otherwise, but I would not go again during the warmer months due to the design of the rooms and limited availability of fans for guests."

"Not our favorite stay in Ireland. The location is great but it's way smaller and cramped than we expected, definitely NOT a king sized bed as listed, and the only window opens to a musty, nasty stairwell. There is a fan but it barely moved air, so it was very stuffy in the room. The linens and bathroom were clean enough but the carpet was pretty gross looking. "Brilliant location, very close to shops and transport links. Would be improved with additional information regarding public transport for tourists (bus tickets etc). Apartment was really good overall, kitchen was well equipped although no baking trays were provided. TV was adequate size but did lack normal channels other than apps like Netflix/YouTube etc, meaning without subscription the TV was unusable.
