"Great location and great price. I had to carry my luggage up 3 sets of steps and that was tricky. The internet did not work in my room, I spoke to the receptionist to let them know, and never got better. We were near the public transit, and heard that all night. Breakfast was limited. "

"Number 31 is a super cute boutique stay. The architecture is incredible and there are many hidden gems around the property. Gorgeous outdoor patio area, Sunken seating room, delicious breakfast and more. The staff are incredibly attentive and made our stay perfect. "

"Great place to sleep in Dublin for a night or two. Room was huge - there were 2 of us but it could have slept 6! It was about a 20 minute walk to the centre which was perfect for exploring and the price was excellent compared to other hotels. It was self-check-in so we didn't see any staff."

"This was our first stop away from Dublin on our holiday. The owners, Dave and Laura were very welcoming. The room was very comfortable, bed a bit soft ( we love hard beds) but clean. Breakfast was delicious and delightfully they had beautiful Enya music playing while we ate. Their yard is delightful to see. Our only complaint, is that the house was cold upon arrival and was never warmed. Our room warmed very nicely. It was a dreary day. "

"Mary and Robert have created a spectacular eco friendly environment that is quiet and peaceful and full of plants, trees and flowers. The breakfast is enormous and contains many homemade products. My stay was exceptional."

"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Ballindrum Farm. My room was clean, nicely decorated, and had a beautiful view. Mary (the owner) was very welcoming and even drove me to town because I didn't have a car. To top it off, guests are allowed to watch the cows being milked every day from a viewing gallery (yes, Ballindrum is also a working dairy farm). I highly recommend it."

"I found the Meetings to be nice, quaint, older but very satisfied with the room, host and bed and shower. A few things need attention (loose toilet seat), but it met my expectations and I had a good time here. "
