My only complaint was not having an air conditioner in the room as it got very hot when we were there. Apparently some rooms do have A/C but the hotel was fully booked so they could not transfer us to another room. However, the staff did everything that they can to make us comfortable. "This is a beautiful small hotel full of historic feel, family run, very nice! The breakfast is great, staff are all seems happy and helpful! Location is one of the best, 3 minutes walk to bus station , 4 minutes walk to town center with all shops and restaurants. We arrived early like 11Am, with just a few minutes wait , they let us checked in as soon the cleaning was done! Very kind, and the room/bathroom are spotless! Only thing is that there is no AC in the room, but with a balcony we feel fine!"
