"Prachtig huis, heel veel ruimte. zonder problemen kunnen hier vier kinderen en zes volwassenen verblijven. Duidelijk is wel dat het huis van eigenaar is gewisseld en er nog wat zaken moeten worden aangepakt. wij waren hier de tweede week van september, prachtig weer en veel gebruik gemaakt van het heerlijke zwembad."

"Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans une villa magnifique et très bien entretenue. La villa est spacieuse, agréable, bien équipée ; elle est entourée d'un magnifique jardin arboré, avec une grande piscine chauffée. L'environnement est très calme. Il y a beaucoup de sites à voir aux alentours (Carcassonne, Minerve, grotte du Limousis, canal du Midi ...). Edith et Pascal, les propriétaires, nous ont très bien accueillis et ont été de bon conseil pour les visites."

"Maison spacieuse au calme avec climatisation dans le séjour (bien appréciable en cette période), grande piscine. Vu le nombre de personnes qui peuvent y séjourner il faudrait prévoir un plus grand frigo ou un de plus et aussi avoir un congélateur car là nous avions un freezer donc pas adapté pour l'été. Dans le salon il faudrait mettre un clic clac au lieu de plusieurs canapés pour plus de confort. Merci pour le séjour."

"Monsieur Guisti a été très chaleureux à notre arrivée et nous a bien orientés sur les sites à visiter aux alentours. La climatisation est vraiment très appréciable et les lits confortables. Nos deux chiens ont bien apprécié le jardin et la cour ombragée. Jolie vue sur le coucher de soleil. Un séjour idéal pour les familles avec jeunes enfants."

"Acceuil chaleureux, instalation agréable, créer par l'organisation de la maison, qui est parfaite ! Tout est à sa place et plus... Terrasse et parasol au sud, ont fait notre bonheur familial pour le déjeuner en février. La rivière est à côté, ce qui favorise de belles balades, même avec une poussette car le quartier récent est tout plat. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir 😊💫👍 Merci pour tout et pour les plus 😘"

"We had a great week here-used the house as a base to visit Carcassonne, castles, beaches and valleys/gorges with some river swimming on the way. The house is well equipped, clean and with a big pool. Gérard (owner) is very friendly and accommodating, living nearby. Very happy to recommend this house!"

"We stayed here for 2 weeks as a party of 6 adults, 1 small child and a dog. The whole booking process was easy as was the check in process. The hosts were exceptional, Joel the property manager lives nearby and was there in minutes if there was any slight issue. The owner also lives opposite and was always checking if everything was ok and if we were happy when we bumped into him. Cependant, nous avons été très surpris de découvrir plusieurs anomalies/défauts dans la location : - La cuve de fioul dans la salle de bain du RdC dégage une odeur pestilentielle qui se sent jusque dans le couloir et la chambre d’en face. - Bien que le gite soit en France et qu’il soit promu sur un site français, il n’y a pas d’accès aux chaines de télévision nationales (seulement TV Flanders), donc pas de possibilité de voir la...

"We really enjoyed our stay in this wonderful villa. The pool is amazing, and what a fabulous view from the terrace we will definitely miss that! The check in process was very straightforward and helpful. The area is stunning and there is lots to do if you like walking, cycling or canoeing. Day trips to Béziers and Carcassonne are also possible. The shop in the village is also worth a mention, it’s amazing and has everything you will need. Definitely 10/10."

"Ein toller Ort zum Entspannen. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet (auch die Küche) und verfügt über sehr bequeme Betten. Das Grundstück ist eingezäunt und verfügt über viele Pflanzen, die für Komfort und Privatsphäre sorgen. Auf dem Grundstück gibt es einen eigenen Pool, der regelmäßig gereinigt wird. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und höflich; zusammengefasst das ist ein Haus, das man definitiv empfohlen kann."
