Cocoonr offers this charming 95 m² house in Courseulles-sur-Mer, 300 metres from the beach, to rent for up to 6 people. It comprises an attractive 18 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a 510 m² garden. We're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
Ground floor: 18 m² living room with TV, Wifi (fibre optics) and sofas.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob and dining area.
- A south-facing veranda (approx. 18 m²) with dining area.
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200).
- Shower room.
- Separate WC.
First floor:
- Bedroom 2: one queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 3: two single beds (90×200).
- Bathroom with bath.

Outside:
- A beautiful enclosed garden of around 510 m² with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

For added convenience: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

The house is ideally located in Courseulles-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant and peaceful setting, close to the beach and the town centre. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Activities :
You will have the opportunity to take advantage of a large number of activities within walking distance of the house: walks or bike rides along the coast, walks along the marina, sailing school, heated seawater swimming pool, mini golf, horse riding, trail running, skate park, bowling, fishing, museum, cinema, casino, visit to the Juno Beach museum... We recommend that you visit the beautiful market in the centre on Tuesdays and Fridays.

Transport :
- You can park directly in the garage (1 vehicle), in the courtyard or in the street in front of the house (free).
- Nearest train station: Caen, approximately 30 minutes by car.
- Nearest airport: Caen-Carpiquet, about 30 minutes by car.

- Pets accepted on request, for a supplement of €15/stay (only one pet accepted per stay), please specify when booking.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
