"Hotel very clean, beautifully presented, friendly and professional reception staff, gym was fabulous (photos do not do it justice). Food was excellent. Just wished they’d had a la carte breakfast for small bites rather than a buffet (tried once and it was delicious). Spa facilities very clean. Only gripes: - organisation of the spa - having to take room slippers and robes, they should be provided at the spa - a couple of the spa staff not as friendly as elsewhere in hotel - treatments were really disappointing and wouldn’t have booked if we’d known what they’d be like."

"We had an enjoyable stay. Very clean, great Dali art to draw the eye everywhere. Service was impeccable from Reception to the dining room. Enjoyed the menu at dinner. Parking is a squeeze. Bought tickets to Dali museum at hotel. All highly recommended. "

"Actual hotel was ok but having taking authorisation details earlier while booking I was then charged again at the hotel .Actually two payments were attempted to be taken from my saved debit card ! HSBC contacted me regarding fraud attempts and blocked my card.But even worse than that the female on reception was aggressive and shouted non stop."
