"Nous avons passé une bonne semaine, endroit très calme et reposant.Nous avons été très bien accueilli, Merci à Vincent de nous avoir aidé pour les visites des alentours.Pour venir avec un petit chien super, tout est clôturé.Dommage qu'il n'y a plus la petite terrasse en bois qui apparaît sur la photo, car pour manger dehors c'est plus facile que des gravillons, mais ce n'est qu'un petit détail.Je vous conseille ce petit endroit pour vous ressourcer."

"Of our multiple trips to Normandy and other spots in France, the Mercure stands out as the very best experience we have had. The main reason? The SUPERB team taking care of guest relations. We had a number of special requests (holding luggage on both ends of the trip, borrowing extra towels, using plates/wine glasses, etc.) and they handled every single one gracefully. Beyond that, they were unfailingly friendly and kind. To be blunt, we are not accustomed to this kind of service in France — what we received was more in line with a 5-star American hotel. In our experience, this only happens when there is both excellent recruiting, a great training approach, and good treatment of staff members. Congrats on this great result — in short, what a team! We will be back — both to Granville and to the Mercure. In fact, during the years ahead, we hope both will become regular places to spend time several times per year. That is a reflection of how special the team made our visit, and we are extremely grateful for the care. À bientôt !"

"easy check in, super clean rooms, smelled like cigarettes in the morning around facility and inside rooms - smoking shouldn’t be allowed in any capacity in any manner at all - very nice receptionist checking in. Around a 25 minute walk to train station. Giant super market five minutes away"

"The room was clean and adequate for a short stay. There was no fan or way to cool the room. The bed was firm. The breakfast is an additional 15euros and is at best worth 10 euros. It was not stocked well either. The staff was polite. The water machine poured warm water. There was No ice. I KNOW that is not common in Europe but be the "extra"ordinary....not the standard. The location was convenient. We would not stay again if we had other options."
