"We went a last minute 3 day stay to Barcelo Palms and we were delighted with our stay. We had an issue with our balcony having a poor restricted view but the room itself was wonderful so I asked for a change of room if possible I spoke to Anastasia at the front desk and she was so helpful and obliging she sorted an additional room for us which was perfect and we were extremely grateful for the service she provided nothing was a problem very friendly girl great attribute to the Barcelo Group we also had the pleasure of Lora she was front of house at the restaurant she was truly exceptional at her job also she was so friendly and had such a lovely manner to be fare all the staff we encountered were first class no complaints with the staff what so ever. The food was ok plenty to choose from and the onsite drinks prices were very reasonable Lovely hotel for a short break"

"Rooms were cleaned daily. Staff were friendly. Good variety of drinks on offer. Pool was small but good. Had to que at certain times for meals due to amount of people going at sane time. Over all we had a good time and would stay there again."

"The pool is small but it is beautiful. Modern and with fantastic materials. Great for families. The room was clean and functional. We got a massive balcony. Was a bit pricey but felt it was the right place for us. Near the beach but need to walk 3 minutes to get there as no first line. Enjoyed it and we have good memories from it."
