"The Whiskey Run Lodge was amazing - even better than the pictures! Three families (6 adults) - plenty of room for all to relax and enjoy. The house is very well-stocked with everything you need. The amenities are awesome! Perfect location: 10 minute drive to downtown South Haven and 10 minute walk to Covert Beach. Host is very responsive and helpful. I can’t recommend this place enough and hope to return someday!"

"This cabin was straight out of a Hallmark movie. Clean, cozy & we loved the trail to the super quiet beach! Watching the sunset back there was a highlight of the trip!"

"Rates and fees were very confusing. Night to night the rental price fluctuated wildly. Then there were additional fees that added a significant amoubt to a four night stay. When they say tiny cabin they mean it. So just be aware that if you are into "glamping" it might not be for you. Musty/mildew smell from the bath (I think) permeated the space as did the smell from the refrigerator. Not unexpected from a trailer cabin in the woods. Bright spots included WiFi, coffee, tea snd snacks...

"What a thoughtful and wonderful place! An absolute joy with our whole family! Cannot recommend highly enough!"

"Our family recently spent an enjoyable week at Pickleball Paradise in South Haven. We had 10 adults, 5 kids (ages 9mo - 8yrs) and 2 dogs in our group. This was a great layout for us providing a lot of space to hang out together as well as individual cabins for the families to retire to. We especially enjoyed the large screened in area for meals together and a place where the kids could play. Included was a ping pong table, multiple corn hole games and other activities. The fire pit was also a...

"The driveway, walkway and porch could have used a good sweeping/cleaning!The rooms were very clean and neat. The house has a rather "musty" smell. The garage (which you have to go through), and back deck needed sweeping/cleaning. The yard, both front and back needed some real tending to....Personal taste--don't like plastic dishes !No icemaker !For the price and last minute booking it was okay. Thanks"

"Overall, a good place to stay within easy driving distance to Lake Michigan beaches."

"This property I’m gonna guess it’s for each season prepare you for what you needs it’s almost like they knew we forgot it and it was really nice and saved us money n time"
