"Wir waren Ende Juli/Anfang August 2026 mit insgesamt acht Personen für knapp zehn Tage bei Kathi und Peter und hatten eine rundum tolle Zeit.Die beiden sind unglaublich herzliche Gastgeber. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen und fast schon wie ein Teil der Familie. Besonders schön waren die zwei gemeinsamen Partyabende mit Kathi, Peter und ihrer Familie – das hat unseren Urlaub zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht.Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt braucht. Der Pool konnte jederzeit genutzt werden und war natürlich eines der Highlights. Auch die Bar mit eigenem Zapfhahn fanden wir super. Gegen einen kleinen Aufpreis konnte man sich dort bedienen. Besonders gefreut hat uns außerdem, dass wir den Grill im Außenbereich jederzeit nutzen durften. Peter hat ihn danach sogar für uns sauber gemacht.Ein kleiner Verbesserungspunkt wäre die Küchenausstattung: Für eine größere Gruppe könnte etwas mehr Geschirr vorhanden sein. Außerdem war die Klimaanlage der einzige echte Minuspunkt. Sie ließ sich nicht individuell steuern und konnte damals noch nicht gleichzeitig in allen Bereichen genutzt werden. Peter hat uns aber bereits erzählt, dass hier nachgerüstet wird, sodass dieses Problem künftig behoben sein sollte.Vielen Dank an Kathi und Peter für unseren tollen Aufenthalt "

"Wir hatten einen wirklich schönen Urlaub und haben uns von Anfang an wohlgefühlt. Das Haus war sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und genauso wie auf den Bildern. Besonders der Pool und der Außenbereich waren ein echtes Highlight – dort haben wir die meiste Zeit verbracht.Der Kontakt zur Gastgeberin war unkompliziert und immer freundlich. Auf Fragen wurde schnell geantwortet und man hatte das Gefühl, dass sie sich wirklich darum kümmert, dass ihre Gäste einen schönen Aufenthalt haben.Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen und können sie mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen."

"Nous avons séjourné 5 nuits en juillet et nous avons eu une très belle expérience. L'hôtel est magnifique et nous avons beaucoup apprécié la piscine avec les lits de jours et beaucoup de places. Le petit déjeuner était bon et plutôt varié. L'hôtel n’a pas de stationnement, mais il y a toujours des places juste en avant dans la rue, donc ce n’est pas un problème. Un point à améliorer serait d'ajouter une cafetière dans les chambres. Nous sommes des lèves-tôt et le fait de ne pas avoir accès à la section déjeuner avant 7h30, même pour seulement un café, nous limitait. Sinon, le service serait à améliorer en terme de présence des employés. Le bar et la réception étaient souvent vacants."

"Peter und Kati sind zwei sehr gastfreundliche und liebevolle Gastgeber. Meine Freundin und ich waren für 7 Nächte in der kleinen, gemütlichen Wohnung. Da wir uns spontan dazu entschlossen, unseren Mallorca-Urlaub zu verlängern und erst am Vorabend diese Entscheidung gefällt hatten, haben wir eine neue Unterkunft gesucht. Kaum gefunden, kam sofort eine Antwort und wir konnten sogar viel früher als gedacht am nächsten Tag einchecken. Man ist zu Fuß in 15min in Porto Cristo, so kann man auch mal einen Wein trinken, ohne noch Auto zu fahren. In der Wohnung hat man wirklich alles was man braucht: Herd, Kühlschrank, Schränke und eine tolle große Dusche, Kaffeemaschine. Wir haben hier gelegentlich kleinere Mahlzeiten gekocht und gefrühstückt. Sonst haben wir auswärts gegessen. Der große Gemeinschaftspool is wirklich ein Traum und sehr schön. Genau wie die Möglichkeit draußen den Grill zu benutzen. Hier haben Peter und Kati wirklich an alles gedacht. Auch ein Außenkühlschrank und Bar gibt es für laue Sommerabende. Ebenfalls ein großer Billardtisch. Egal was es von unserer Seite aus für Fragen gab kann ich sagen, dass Peter und Kati sehr hilfsbereit und herzlich waren/sind. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sicher nochmal wieder. Danke für die schöne Zeit bei euch. Viele Grüße, Eva und Rik"

"Tolles Haus mit Pool kleinen Laden für Brötchen Baguette Wurst Wasser und noch mehr in der Nähe schöne kleine bucht in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen wir waren das zweite Mal da und hatten wieder einen sehr schönen Urlaub"
