"The resort rooms were never cleaned, dirty laundry in the halls, air conditioners and refrigerators would cut off randomly. Ruined food and the room was hot. The service was horrible and the prices were ridiculous. The pool was very dirty. The front desk staff was rude and all the staff kept saying it was because they were recently bought out. The resort has potential but has a long way to go."
