"I very much appreciated the way the staff treated us, they were first-class. Wifi outages on Sept. 30 and October 1 we are seniors and don’t do the nightlife. We watch tv and go to bed. The paperwork at the spa can be transitioned to tablets. When using multiple days the info would self populate. A handhold at the front of the tub, we are seniors and have balance issues getting in and out of the tub. Or better yet convert the tubs to walk-in showers. I mean who takes a bath when one is at a spa."

"Staff was extra special and thoughtful. We used the shuttle to the airport at 5:30 am and everything worked so smoothly. We’re away now for two weeks and allowed us to park our car there much more reasonably than at the airport. We slept wonderfully and will be back here at the end of our trip."

"I enjoyed the pretty flowers - nice touch. I like it that hallway is long and I can walk it for exercise when weather is wet outside. I enjoy being able to buy sandwiches at the hotel - saves me time not having to go out. I enjoyed the eggs, sausage, yogurt and orange juice at breakfast they provided. I noticed a police officer making rounds on hotel property in day time and after dark - safety. Very appreciative of free upgrade given me - from 2 double beds to a king size bed. Hotel in very good location - easy for me to travel west to Covington to visit family members."

"Excellent staff. The room was a bit warm because the sun hits the room all afternoon, but we were out for the day. Maybe bring a small fan for the night to help out the a/c. It was a hot July day and a/c was working overtime. Comfortable bed. No amenities but there is a community pool down the street you can use for a small fee. Breakfast-you might want to eat out but we managed. Eggs and heated vegetables, and you have to look for the breakfast area or you’ll miss it. Okay for an overnight stay in a small town if you’re passing through. Beautiful scenery and I highly recommend a picnic at the Humpback covered bridge and also Petticoat Junction nearby if you love butterflies!"
