The first room we were given had not been cleaned, so we were given another room. When we tried to get into that room, the key would not open the door, requiring a second trip to the office. Once we got into our room, the a/c did not work, requiring a third trip to the office. The maintenance worker checked it out and ended up changing the whole unit, which took 45 minutes. Once that was completed we were able to rest in comfort. While there were several inconveniences, I must say the staff was wonderful and apologized over and over.

The room was very clean. I did not feel uncomfortable in the sheets, which is really saying something when compared to other places that I’ve been. Everything was easy to lock and I felt safe. The people who worked there were helpful.
