"The room, the property grounds were pretty clean, and from what I could tell, well kept. Despite the staff at check-in being a bit stand-offish, not very people-oriented and declined to make accommodations for my disability I think my overall experience was pleasant, though I would recommend to the owners that reiterating or training staff to be more customer service oriented is very important for continued success in this type of industry."
