"the property allows events however she did not have the price of guest allowed stated on the original post, and its 50 per person who comes in, and not at a time. she threatened to call the authorities because we had one friend come to the house and leave and then another came, only 3 people in the house. she tried to charge me for 8 people (600) and then 200 for cleaning because there was a couple of grocery bags of trash (she supplied ONE trash bag) and there were drinks in the refrigerator."

"This property is just as pictured. We did have some glitches once we arrived and checked in. We contacted the owner while there and he was very helpful. He's also working on a few other things that we encountered. I have no doubt that he'll have them corrected. This is a really neat property! It's spacious and comfortable.
