"place was clean and convenient to trails. Floors are uneven and very easy to trip on. All six of us were over 60 and could not figure out the TV, no big deal as we weren't there for that. One of the chairs at table was broke and there was only 2 sets of keys for the place. There is no hand rail on stairs to the upstairs.Deck is large and nice to sit on. Grill is large but does not get very hot for some reason"

"This house was so perfect for our family of 7 adults, an 8 year old, and 5 month old! It had everything we needed and more! We loved the “poker room” and hooked out switch up to have game night, the sauna was incredible and inspiring me to build one in my basement, the kitchen was incredible and loved they had an extra kitchen in the basement! The owner was great to work and and quick to reply! Our family absolutely loved it here! Music on the Manitou on Wednesday night was a hit! Loved every...

"Our son was graduating from Michigan Tech and this house provided the perfect spot for family to stay for the weekend. There was plenty of space for sleeping and great areas for gathering for talking, meals, and games. The view of the lake from the house was outstanding! Access to the lakeshore was an added bonus and we enjoyed checking out the rocks and beauty of the lake. We would love to come back someday!"

"This cozy log home was the perfect setting to visit our tech students and enjoy the beautiful UP in the winter. It was a bit of a drive to places, but we knew this going in and found the seclusion relaxing. Lots of space, comfy seating, and warm wood burning stove made the living space perfect for our big group. Lots of bedrooms gave us all our private space as well. "We rented this cabin for our anniversary to relax and unwind. It was perfect. Very well appointed and had everything we might need. The view of the Michigamme River was just beautiful. It was cold and rainy on and off during our stay so we couldn’t enjoy sitting out on the deck or having a fire but we’re already looking at coming back next year during the warmer months. Even so, the large window at the front of the cabin allowed us to feel almost outside without being out in the cold and rain....
