"I just got done with a 5 night stay with three small children. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. First of all, it is spotless. The staff works tirelessly to keep everything pristine clean. (I even came upon one housekeeper who was on her knees scrubbing the baseboards in the hallway.) I’m not kidding this hotel was SO CLEAN! "We needed a place to stay for one night while visiting for a graduation. We found the Regency to be clean and neat but very basic which suited our needs. It was close to restaurants and a grocery store. It worked fine for a short term stay. The rooms are old and could use an upgrade. The carpet needs to be replaced, but the price was right."

"This was a one night stay on a very long trip. This place has some issues.Homeless people wandering around the parking lot at all hours, my sink was stopped up and wouldn’t drain. I told the clerk and he said it would be repaired. But it was unsettling to wake up at 3:00 am and see someone looking at your motorcycle at such an hour. I would pay more and not stay here again. Nothing really happened but it was unsettling."
