"We really appreciated what has been done with this old motel. The room was spacious and clean (and a lovely tea selection!); the property is small, but very cute (loved the small pond and fire pit area). It's very convenient to walk to get food. The only suggestion is for travelers to bring sleep masks. The lights outside the room can be a but much at night."

"This property is truly a gem. The hosts are attentive and the property is cozy, comfortable and well stocked. You can always tell when property owners really care and this one has all the hallmarks and small touches - just delightful.The neighborhood is safe and easy to get to, the bed was very comfortable, the location was quiet and within a block of the best restaurants in town and it was easy to get the temperature just right for sleeping. We will definitely stay here again when in Walden."

"Great house, thoughtfully decorated and full of amenities. Great location. Comfortable bed. Very large yard. (Just a quick note that there are 2 big dogs on one side, so if your dog is reactive, might be a little tricky. I always look for this heads up in reviews, though not to take anything away from this awesome house!) Great location, walking distance to all the shops and restaurants in Walden. Convenient, secure parking. Highly recommend!"
