  • Great family home just a couple of minutes walk from the yacht haven and town centre, perfect for families, groups and crew alike. Sleeps 9 guests comfortably in upstairs bedrooms, and there is a sofa bed and floor mattress in the living room for extra people if needed (sleeps up to 12 max). Spacious rooms and sea views from some of the bedrooms. Large kitchen diner, separate living room and cosy snug with comfy sofas and smart TV. Private back yard perfect for a summer evening. On road parking for one vehicle (visitor permit can be arranged) and walking distance from the passenger ferry. The perfect place to use as your base to explore the island. Comfortable house and great access into Cowes and island. The owner was really helpful and prompt. However only thing to be mindful of is parking (even with permit that owner kindly arranged) wasn’t easy. Overall great stay.

The location of this house was ideal for our purposes. It was central to Marina, grocery shopping, ferry. Can walk to everything an no car necessary. Property owner was very responsive and helpful if any questions. Would stay here again.

Great Location

We had a lovely time at this property. The location to town is great. We were a family of 7, 5 adults and two 5 year olds. We spent the majority of our time when at the property, in the large kitchen. Claire the property manager, was outstanding from beginning to end.
